The INEVAL Method for Integral Human Values Management
A Company that has kept alive for more than five years, that is actually making money every year according to sound accounting practices and also has a project that should reasonably insure its survival for five more years, is generally thought to be a successful company. However, whether it is a well managed company or not depends on several other factors; in some cases a management style might be excellent for years, but later gradually become inadequate as the company grows or circumstances evolve; in other cases the economic success doesn't seem to be accompanied by personal wellbeing, either at employee level or at management level, or at both. The INEVAL Integral Human Values Management seeks to discover new ways to improve an already successful management and especially to set the basis and to provide the tools for a sustained company evolution, with the highest possible creative adaptability to varying market and social conditions, while assuring the best well-being at work for everyone. Changing the management habits of a company, same as the self-management habits of an individual, takes more than just talking. First and foremost one has to be careful not to change things that work really well, and for those who do not, everyone needs to be intimately convinced that evolution is desirable. This is more easily attained if the process is one that fosters change from within each individual, a distinguishing characteristic of the INEVAL method, as opposed to classical external directions and manuals. Our task includes tuition on the following points and aspects, not necessarily in this order:
Among our objectives is higher motivation at work, reduced absenteeism and possibly even lower real health problems. Typically teamwork is enhanced and there is a clearer purpose in everyone’s actions. The company’s success is more everyone’s success, so it is not just top management who is “pulling the cart”. Implementing our Integral Human Values Management takes only a few weeks, but we are ready to provide you with a long term follow-up if you think it necessary. We start with a two-day course to top management that is soon followed by the same course to all employees. These can be done over weekends if necessary. Later we deliver other specific training courses and we steer meetings, while the basic techniques are gradually practiced and mastered. Price will depend on the Company’s complexity and requirements, but our fees are reasonable. We charge a fixed amount for preparation work, plus a daily fee and expenses at their face cost. We are so confident in our approach that we accept deals that include “Didn’t like it? Don’t pay!” In all cases there is a one-day first visit for diagnosis and mutual understanding with top management. Shouldn't you require business management consultancy but just a human values lecture or training seminar, then we will gladly provide it free of charge, save expenses at face cost. |
